Keeping teens physically active gains fitness and confidence, which are essential additions to the counseling students experience. Teenagers at this program learn applicable, real-life work skills. This teaches trustworthiness and integrity, as well as boosting self-esteem. Teenagers learn, in this therapeutic environment, to match work and play, building a practical and healthy work ethic. This carries on into their life after the program, allowing them to become helpful, productive members of society.
